Chris Brown gets a sweat on again - this time as he takes to the basket ball court to shoot some hoops.
The fiery singer rounded off a dramatic day by releasing some pent up aggression with a game in New York - just hours after he flew into a violent rage following a Good Morning America interview.
RnB star Brown, who turns 22 in May, lost it earlier today after he was questioned by TV anchor Robin Roberts live on the ABC show about his assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
Burning energ: The RnB star was quizzed about his assault on Rihanna during the interview which apparently angered him
Following his scheduled performance he is said to have stormed off stage, smashed his dressing room window with a chair, before emerging into the street bare chested.
But the singer has kept himself busy today following the drama.
Shortly the incident he visited the Opera Gallery in NYC with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran and some friends.
I'm in a great mood now: Brown seemed to have calmed down as he horsed around on the court
Slam dunk: The American star smashes the ball into the hoop as one of his security guards watches on
They later headed for a bite to eat at the Chin Chin restaurant in Uptown before Brown headed to the West 4th courts to play basketball.
However Brown could be paying the price for his actions. According to internet reports, Dancing With The Stars bosses are considering cancelling his scheduled performance next week.
Chris, who has spent the past two years trying to resuscitate his career following his assault on Rihanna, could be facing another backlash over his violent outburst.

Showing no sign of strain: Brown looked surprisingly upbeat as he chatted with friends inside the gallery
'Chris was so dangerous backstage that we called 911,' a GMA insider told celebrity website PopEater.
'He totally flew off the handle... now ABC has to decide if they are willing to let this man promote his music on a family show on its network.'
During the interview this morning, Brown became visibly agitated when pressed about the status of the restraining order taken out against him by Rihanna.
He dismissed it as 'not really a big deal for me now'.
Brown is said to have been so angered by the questions that when he finished a scheduled performance of his track Yeah 3x, he stormed off stage.
He began to scream and is understood to have destroyed the thick window in his dressing room, leaving glass strewn across the street below.
The singer, who had ripped off his shirt, then confronted a segment producer in the hallway, according to ABC News.
Security were called by the hair and make-up team but Brown had already rushed out of the ABC network show's studios in New York's Times Square.
He did not return to perform a second track for the online audience, as had been scheduled.

Tense: The singer became visibly agitated when GMA's Robin Roberts raised the issue of his ex girlfriend during the interview this morning
On the promotional trail: The troubled star is promoting his new album, F.A.M.E
He did not return to perform a second track for the online audience, as had been scheduled.
Brown tweeted after the incident: 'I'm so over people bringing this past s**t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs for there [sic] bulls**t.'
He has since taken the message down.
He later wrote: 'All my fans!!! This album is for you and only you!!! I'm so tired of everyone else!! Honestly!! I love team breezy!! Thank you to everyone who supports my music!!! Key Word ( music) !!! Love y'all.'

During the interview, Brown looked on edge as Roberts began to quiz him about his former girlfriend.
'The restraining order that Rihanna had issued against you has relaxed, have you seen each other? Been around each other?' Roberts asked.
He replied: 'I mean not really, it's not really a big deal to me now, as far as that situation, I think I'm past that in my life.
'Today is the album day so that's what I'm focused on. Everybody go get the album.'
When she persisted with the line of questioning, he again tried to promote his new album F.A.M.E, saying: 'I've been focusing on this album.
Shattered glass: The street below the dressing room window was sectioned off by security
Quick fix: Workers boarded up the window this afternoon
'This album is what I wanted to talk about, not stuff that happened two years ago.
'The music enables me to escape and reach my fans.
'I couldn't care less what anybody else thinks.'
After the show, Roberts tweeted: 'Sure has been an interesting AM @GMA. Still sorting thru everything myself. Just my 2nd day on twitter, wonder what tomorrow will bring?'
Sources close to the GMA anchor, who interviewed Brown about the assault for 20/20 back in November 2009, insist he had given her the OK to question him about the incident today.
ABC News released a statement following the incident that read: 'As always, we ask questions that are relevant and newsworthy, and that's what we did in this interview with Mr. Brown.'
A Los Angeles judge last month relaxed a restraining order against Brown, meaning he can have contact with the 23-year-old Rihanna, provided he does not 'harass, annoy or molest' her.
He had been the subject of a five-year restraining order, which required Brown to stay at least 50 yards away from the Umbrella singer.
After the storm: Roberts, pictured here leaving the GMA building after the interview, described it as an 'interesting' morning
If the two planned to attend the same industry event, the proximity was reduced to ten yards.
He was also required to serve five years' probation and to spend more than 1,400 hours' community service, following the February 2009 assault.
He completed his court-mandated domestic violence classes in December.
It is unclear if there will be any legal ramifications following today's outburst given that he is still on probation.
If he was concerned, he certainly didn't let it show as he visited a New York art gallery just hours after GMA.
He put on a smile as he arrived at the Opera Gallery dressed in a conservative outfit that featured black specs, jeans, a T-shirt and cardigan.
Brown has been trying to rehabilitate his image since the attack, which occurred on the eve of the Grammy Awards two years ago.
After that, his once brilliant career was tarnished. His album Graffiti, released several months after that, was a poor seller.
However, he's recently had success on the charts with the songs Deuces, a No. 1 R&B hit last year, and Look At Me Now is currently No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Before his GMA appearance, he had appeared on NBC's Saturday Night Live. He is scheduled to perform on ABC's Dancing With the Stars next week.
