Blossoming romance: Kerry Katona has spent the weekend with property developer Dan Foden, who has appeared on ITV's dating show Take Me OutShe has experienced two failed marriages and has recently been accused of breaking up another.
But it seems Kerry Katona may have finally found herself a suitable boyfriend who ticks all the right boxes.
Kerry was spotted with Dan Foden, a property developer from her home town of Warrington, yesterday after meeting him at a party.
Dan, 28, who took part in the dating show Take Me Out which aired on ITV last night, was seen out with the Dancing on Ice star in his hometown yesterday.
A spokesperson for the former Atomic Kitten singer told MailOnline: ‘Kerry has known Dan for a while but hasn’t seen him in a long long time.’
‘Kerry went to a friend’s birthday party and he was one of the people there, they got chatting and seemed to like each other.’

While the official line appears to be understated Kerry is said to be over the moon to have spent time with Dan.
She is reported to have told a friend: ‘I can’t believe I’ve pulled him. He’s dead fit he’s gorgeous,’ according to The News Of The World.
‘He’s got plenty of money, and the best part is he has no kids and no ex-wife,’ the source told the paper.
And it seems Kerry isn’t the only one who thinks Dan is good-looking as the property developer impressed nearly all of the 30-strong girls on the ITV dating show Take Me Out before scoring a date with a pretty blonde named Nicole.

Kerry was linked to Boot Camp instructor Kevin Green and was accused of breaking up his marriage by his wife Sarah Green, who has accused Katona of ruining her marriage by having an affair with her husband.
‘I am only getting divorced because of Kerry Katona and I want people know that,' the mother-of-three told The Mail On Sunday in January.

Earlier this week Kerry was causing chaos out on the town with former page three model Nicola McClean.
The Dancing On Ice evictee was in high spirits as she partied with Nicola, The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs and dancer and Mel B's sister, Danielle Brown.
By 1.30am, a rather worse for wear Kerry, 30, and Nicola, 29, ended up slumped in a lift doorway as they decided to call it a night.
Happily married new brunette McLean put on her best leggy posed in a dress that rode up her thighs and the pair messed around.
In one photograph, the I'm A Celebrity contestant appeared to reveal a bit more than just leg - although that was just a trick of the light as she confirmed on Twitter the following day.
The celebrities started off the night at their regular hang-out, The May Fair Hotel, before getting taxis to Inamo in Soho for dinner, then later returning to the hotel for more drinks.
Kerry is currently filming her latest reality TV show Kerry Katona: The Next Chapter which will air in December.
